The following e-mail services are available to all e-mail accounts that are provided by Nauticom in connection with your virtual host account:
The Nauticom spam filter is provided free of charge to you for your Nauticom email accounts. It is a mail filter that will identify and block spam from your Inbox. The Nauticom spam filter will mark the subject line in new messages enabling you to identify and filter out spam.
The Nauticom spam filter tracks down spammers through analyzing email header data, analyzing message text, utilizing existing blacklists, and through accumulation of spam message signatures.
You can customize your spam filter settings to control how your email is marked for spam. To configure and start using the Nauticom spam filter, log in to http://myAccount.nauticom.net.
Set up your vacation message to automatically send a reply to any new email that arrives in your Nauticom email box.
When you are on vacation, you can configure your Vacation Message to send a reply to incoming emails, letting senders know that you are away.
|Vacation Message Example:
"I will be out of the office from Monday, June 2, 2001 and will return on Friday, June 6, 2001. I will respond to your email when I am back in the office."
To set up, enable, or disable your Vacation Message, log in to http://myAccount.nauticom.net.
The Nauticom Virus Filter is provided free of charge to you for your Nauticom email accounts. The virus filter can identify and quarantine known viruses, filtering virus laden email from your email program: web-mail or pop3 email client [Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.].
To configure and start using the Nauticom Virus Filter, log in to http://myAccount.nauticom.net.
All Nauticom e-mail accounts may be accessed from our web-based e-mail system on www.nauticom.net. E-mail accounts that are provided by Nauticom in connection with virtual host accounts may also utilize this service.
